I'm lucky to get to shoot a variety of intimate weddings in Dublin City. They are some of my favourites to shoot as more often they are personal, creative and a dream to shoot. Hannah and John's day was one of those days I feel lucky to have captured. Hannah looked like an old style film star in her gorgeous tea stained lace dress, matching coloured birdcage veil and fabulous hair and make-up.
Here are some of my favourite shots from the day!

Winter weddings can be quite challenging when it comes to weather and light, but it can also produce some of the nicest shots with both those challenges. Getting darker at 4pm means that if the weather is sunny, you're going to hit that golden hour right about when you're going to have your portraits taken and that can be magic! That's what happened for Grace and Sean at Ballymagarvey Village- One of my favourite venues to shoot at in 2014. It was December and freezing but Grace and Sean were up for putting up with the cold and it was worth it! Even at dinner call, they went out in the rain to have some photos taken under the magical chandelier tree Ballymagarvey had up. I was delighted to be a part of their special day and I hope their future is full of happiness and good times together!
